Blackheads.. The moment of frustration you have when you see your face in bright light and notice blackheads..it feels ugghh! They are annoying. Obviously, they aren’t noticeable from far but as soon as you bring your face close to a mirror during the daytime, they are visible. On the overall clean face, they look bad and you quickly want them to go. Isn’t it?
For getting rid of blackheads, you need to keep your pores clean REGULARLY. Following the steps I am sharing in this article for just once or twice a month won’t help. You need to be regular.
Get Rid of Blackheads Naturally
Here are the steps you need to follow every week to ensure a clean face without those pesky blackheads on your nose.
This step is simple and cheap. You can use so many things from your kitchen cabinets to scrub your face. Particularly for dissolving blackheads, do add milk to your scrubs. The natural lactic acid in milk breaks down dead skin cells, hence assist in reducing blackheads. You can use ground oats, gram flour, rice powder from your kitchen as a scrub or use any scrub you like.
Focus on areas prone to blackheads but be gentle. Scrub for 2-3 minutes and wash off.
- see STEAM
I know you might feel this to be too much work but trust me you will love the way your skin will look afterwards. Plus, it is a good way to pamper yourself ;). The warm steam causes your face to sweat, which opens the pores and helps soften the surface layer of dead skin cells, releasing dirt which causes blackheads as well as acne. This makes the face mask you will apply in the next steps more effective.
To steam, there are three ways.
– Place boiling water in a glass bowl, add few flowers/essential oils, place your head 10-15 cm above the bowl and cover your head with a towel.
– Dip a towel in hot water and place it over your face.
– Buy a facial steamer.

I do recommend using this stick but don’t go overboard with it. Exfoliation and steam somehow make blackheads weak and appear on the surface of the skin, hence just lightly remove them. Do not literally dig your pores with it. Be gentle.
You will find this stick easily on Amazon.
This step will take out the gunk from the pores opened by the above steps. This mask is detoxifying, hence helps remove acne and blackheads naturally.
1 tablespoon Clay (You can use any)
Pinch of Activated Charcoal
1/2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix all of these together. Let it sit on your face for 5 minutes and remove.
Now, take a cotton and gently rub it over your nose to remove the remaining blackheads and moisturize.
Follow these steps and let me know the results you get.
