Plum Smoothie Recipe || A Healthy Detox Smoothie

A few months ago I was not a smoothie person at all. For some reason I didn’t want to experiment with them and ended up having mango banana smoothie daily. But Instagram woke my interest in smoothies with those attractive and colorful posts by different healthy food bloggers. Now my day starts with a smoothie made with different ingredients every time and they are always so delicious and keep me full for so long.

This month I have too many wedding functions at my place and I am eating a whole lot of oily and spicy food. But a healthy smoothie comes to the rescue !I try to consume as many seasonal fruits as I can and nowadays we are having so many plums. Therefore , I decided to experiment with them and create a healthy concoction. If you have same thoughts like me and need a healthy break from all those tasty but not so healthy food , then this post is for you . I promise this smoothie will not torture your taste buds and will refreshen you up.



This smoothie will really help to detox your body if you have had way too many pizza or cake slices . Also , this smoothie contains 100% fruit and also , it is 100% milk and sugar free.


Serves – 1

– 2 Plums
– Half cup Apple Juice (Use juice extracted at home)
– 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
– 1 tablespoon Raw honey (Shop Raw Organic Honey HERE )
– a handful of ice cubes

To make , just blend all the ingredients until smooth.
