Let’s Whip Up Some Face Masks

DIY homemade face masks

Face mask is probably the best thing you can feed your skin with. I do a face mask every alternate day or on days when I stay out in sun/dirt for too long or apply some makeup. Face Masks instantly refreshen up the dull look of the skin and remove any sort of dirt that gets trapped during the day. Besides buying face masks from organic brands, I make tons of customized face masks for myself at home. The best part about whipping own face mask at home is – you can always have a variety and target the current skin issue. Annd it is fun right??

Moreover, the ingredients like essential oils, various powders, clays etc. that are added to face masks can be used in other DIYs or separately for our skin, which saves a lot of money.

Let’s get started…

These masks are my absolute favorite. I love going to my kitchen to whip these up and slather them all over my face.

1) Skin Detox Charcoal & Rose Face Mask – Apply this mask whenever you feel your skin is suffering from too many blackheads/whiteheads/acne or somehow your skin feels rough. It will suck out the dirt from pores, balance the oil production and make it smooth.

2 Teaspoons Bentonite Clay
1 Teaspoon Rose Petals Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Activated Charcoal
1 Drop Tea Tree Essential Oil ( or any of your favorite one)

2) Skin Firming Honey Aloe Face Mask – Use it whenever you want to give your skin an instant glow. It will moisturize the skin, tighten skin pores, soften the skin and you will not be able to ignore the glow.
