Carrot, Apple & Chia Winter Smoothie

HELLO! HELLO! I know winters are almost over but this smoothie is so delicious that I HAD to share it with you guys. I find this perfect winter breakfast or just post workout pick me up drink. I am having it every single day as my first breakfast (yes, I have started having two breakfasts) and I am in love with it.

To make this, you’ll need :

  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 apple peeled
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons Raw Honey
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 1 cup coconut water (Sub with normal water if you want)

Directions :

Blend all the ingredients together.
